DESCRIPTION:  The Longfellow Apartment Complex consists of seven, one  bedroom units  and one studio apartment. Each 1 bedroom is approximately 500 square feet of finished living space.   Each unit has its own individual entrance and some have a back door to the rear yard.  The units are only four steps above the ground level which makes them ideal for elderly or handicapped tenants.  Handicap ramps are available and are placed on an as needed basis depending on the tenant’s needs.  The apartments are furnished with modern kitchen appliances consisting of a stove and refrigerator and all apartments are cable ready.    The tenants pay their own electricity and gas for heating, however water, sewer and garbage disposal fees are included in the rent.
