DESCRIPTION:  The Gibson Apartment Complex consists of four, one bedroom units each comprising approximately 560 square feet of living space and one, three bedroom unit with a laundry room in the basement. Each unit has its own individual entrance and back door to the fenced yard.  Laundry facilities for the one bedroom units are located next door at another Madill Enterprises managed complex.  The apartments are furnished with modern kitchen appliances consisting of a stove and refrigerator and all apartments are cable ready.  The complex has individually marked and assigned parking spaces with electrical receptacles for winter plug-ins.  The tenants pay their own electricity and/or gas for heating, however all other utilities are included in the rent.
